Truworths sells **** Hallmark watches

I bought a watch at Truworths Shelly on 31/08/2019, a Hallmark watch. In less than 6months the watch chain broke and I wrote a review here. Since then I never received any communication whatsoever. I want to warn other consumers of this. Beware, truworths are real cheats. Since writing the review, I tried mending my watch myself, putting in the pin, it fell again from my wrist.
