Truworths sells **** hallmark watches

I bought a hallmark watch at truworths Shelly on 31/08/2020, last month sometime as I was entering a grocery store it fell from my arm and fortunately the lady behind me showed me. There is a pin that's missing. This is amazing for a brand like hallmark! Not even 6 months! I was given a card from the store as the watch was from display and on this card they wrote the numbers : ***69 and 8*** I need a replacement please
