Truworths selling second hand clothes

Went to Forest Hill and wanted to buy a dress. It had lipstick and the manager Ellon told me that they will need to wash it and i can come back and buy it. So my question is " is that ethical business practice that you will re-wash clothes and sell them as new???". He then, with his floor 777 tattooed guy send me on a wild goose chase telling me that i can find the dress there. Drive all the way to Centurion Mall and there was no dress. So i wasted my petrol driving to place not to get the dress. Thanks found a beautiful dress with friendly staff service at YDE. Never going back to you again!!!
