Truworths selling poor quality products. Help needed

I have purchased a Daniel Hector takkies on my new 5 month old account and the front of both leg shoe is pealing off, I called customer service and was advised to return it to the Phoenix Plaza branch where it was purchased, the cashier and Manager couldn't find the item on the system as it only shows the amount of the item and not description, they are not qualified and their systems are not equipped. I need to help to return this shoe as my child is very unhappy and my trust in quality from Truworths and Daniel Hector has been tarnished
