Truworths Selling ****** Phones. Don't ever buy there.

Bought a new cellphone for my mother at Truworths Cradlestone, the phone gave me an error that the "phone is locked by 'find my device' , contact a number on the screen" to unlock it. This happens a month later of using it. My 70 year old mother is not tech savvy to set up anything on the phone let alone "find my phone". I took the phone back to Truworths as it is unusable, the stuff there is giving me a run around like I blocked the phone or it's my fault that the phone is blocked. After weeks of back and forth they called me to tell me to come fetch the phone and they can't do anything further to help me. What I'm gathering here is that this phone was not new, it is blocked by the original owner but it somehow made it to the shelves of a so called reputable shop like Truworths. This is the **** service one gets for being an account holder for over 15 years. I will be closing my account with them when I fetch the phone because they're as good as ****a shop that sells **** goods.
