truworths -selling not so good quality clothes that could last a lifetime

My sister bought for me a linen sounder/pants last year in December on the 5 or 6th . worth R599. I kept it in my closet and only wore it in June . It wore it hardly 5 times. And on friday 6th of December I had a closing function at work and decided to wear it . to my suprise the pants was torn in 2 pieces while wearing it . And i am currently size 38 but the pant was size 40 so to be loose . I am very dissapointed and I have the pants at home I cant even take it to the tailor or dressmaker as the way it was torn apart . I couldnt believe it .
