Truworths selling badly crafted shoes. we are better off buying from the china store.

In the past months that I have purchased Shoes from the Group I constantly had to take them back/exchange them as they were faulty the store had always assisted with the exchange recently I took a boot in that had a faulty heel, when walking with the boot there is a clear audible clicking sound coming from the heel of the boot that indicates that either the heel was not fitted correctly or that the or there was a gap on between the heal and the soul of the boot. The store took the boot to for inspection and the boot was returned to the store with a comment that there is no problem/ no fault was found on the boot. my question is how was the test done as I need to understand why when there is a clearly audible clicking sound they would say that there is nothing indicating fault with the boot. should anything happen while I am wearing that boot I will take the company to task. I am not asking that they take the boot back as I bought it with the intent to wear it and also because I love it I just need need truworths to take accountability and do what is right even if it means fixing the heal before returning it to me.
