Truworths - secret agents at their call centre.
Got a call from the call centre. The caller gave her name at the beginning of the call but I didn't note it down. At the end of the call I requested for her name - she refused to give it to me. When she finally did it sounded like 'Gibone'; I was not sure and asked her to spell it. She refused!! Is she not supposed to divulge her name?!?
