Truworths **** you by doubling account Balance!!!!

Was a bit behind on payment of the 6 months no interest account. I paid the amount outstanding. The account for some reason was double on the total balance!!!!! They just printed the amount twice on statement and added it up!!! It is shocking to say the least! I hope to get some response from them as they were very quick to let me know I was behind this is justplain incompetance!!! It is just another company that hope you dont check thknfs to cheat you out of your hard earned money. I don't recommend them. They are so useless but not useless to cheat and to collect money!!!
