Truworths ****

I pay truworths well on time every month, this month two consultants called to say I must pay an extra R45 I am not aware of. My monthly contribution is R400 which I paid it this month so when I asked what is it for the other consultant said it’s form SMSes and emails they send to me but I was never told about it before, I could have agreed or disagreed to it and the other consultant said it’s for the card. Now this is more confusing I feel narrated and I feel like truworths wants to harass me
