Truworths Sammy Mark's bad service

Evening Hello Peter I want to report a bad service by a manager and her subordinate at Truworths Sammy Mark's.Yesterday I bought some few clothes for my kids when I arrived at home my son fitted his shorts only to realise that they were small I adviced him to put them back to a shopping bag, my son when fitting he removed a tag and I was not aware I realised when I was at a shop but I knew had a purchase slip. When I went to truworths today I went to request a refund but when inside I saw other shorts that can fit my youngest son then I decided to exchange the one I bought for my eldest son for the youngest one. After waiting on a queue for almost an hour yesterday even today I arrived at a till and explained my issue a lady who was assisting me crossed questioned me about a tag while checking the returned items than she saw a small part that has an oil on it than concluded by thinking that my wore a trouser than now I am returning them. I explained to her that he did not even took 5 minutes fitting before I told him to take them off. A lady on a till than called her manager and showed her that's they both ganged up on me telling me that they can't take the trousers back because they are dirty; I told the manager to look at a purchase slip she literally said I see it but nothing is going to change without even calling their heard office; folded back the trousers and gave me than I ask her what must I do she said she don't know; I left a shop very angry but I did not want to cause a scene I left and tomorrow I am going to return other clothes that I bought from them again and go support other shops where they value us as their customers, the treatment was very bad coming from a black child like me. I need Hellopeter to assist me what am I going to do with the trousers that are small for my oldest son and big for my younger son
