Truworths Sale - Pathetic Service

I purchased several items online and went into the Chatsworth store to collect today. The store supervisor assisted and confirmed all the items are packed. The package was not opened and checked. When I arrived home I found that there are 4 items missing all obviously paid for. This is unacceptable and further to this several attempts to contact the store haa failed. The phone rings continuously with no answer. Please attend urgently as this is pathetic service and *****ing from the customer.
