TRUWORTHS RUINED MY CREDIT RECORD

I recently checked my credit score via Clear score and I've just discovered that I have a credit card with Truworths. I have never app**** for any credit from Truworths and have never accepted any of the offers that I get from them via sms. Someone from Truworths please explain to me where and when did I apply for your credit and kindly show me proof of my acceptance of the credit because I'm currently in a process of applying for a bond and I'm requested to account for a credit that I have with Truworths that I've NEVER APP**** FOR OR ACCEPTED.
