Truworths reverting to Cyberbullying

Truworths has reverted to Cyberbullying. Even after explaining my situation verbally and via E-mail to the operators at Truworths, no one has listened to me. The operators who have contacted me lack empathy and compassion, focusing solely on financial matters. Even the person responding to my e-mails could not excalate the problem. they are continuing to call my up to 5 - 6 times daily. They are forcing you into an agreement even if you are not capable of committing to any agreement. If you do not give them the answer they want, they keep on calling you. I really hope this message gets to someone at management level with a heart. Unemployment (and being white) is no joke. A little understanding would go a long way in actually helping me. i will have a tiny bit less stress with less people calling me . Message all operators, there is a human with problems that you may not even understand on the other side of the telephone. It is very humiliating explaining my situation over and over as no ons seems to make any notes.
