Truworths returns policy....
Returns policy - is Truworths contravening the POPI Act? The returns policy is clearly stated on the invoice BUT I was requested to write down my name and contact details on a sheet of paper? It seems that Truworths is more concerned about their internal policies than about the safety of their customers? This is a serious risk for customers as there is an App that can track where you live using only your mobile number - this has happened to me before! I still have the garment that I wanted to return yesterday, as the manager on duty (a lady) was adamant that I must give my personal information? Please get this sorted Thanks Shirley
