Truworths returns on cheque card.
Still waiting on the "private reply " regarding their cash refund problem.

07 Dec 2023, 09:17Good day. The query was vlear in the first instance. I can buy on my cheque/ debit card, but you seldom have change for a refund. At one time I returned to the store 3 times because you cannot refund on a check card.

Please be advised that as per our returns policy if you paid using your Truworths account card we will credit the value of the returned items to your card. If you paid with a credit card or debit card, our cashier will credit the value of the returned items to your card.
