Truworths Return policy ,extremely dissapointing

Truworths return policy is nonsense,I went to Brooklyn store to exchange 3 items out of 14 items bught by my mom for me because they dont fit,the cashier at Brooklyn said i must bring a letter and permission letter which i brought the following day to the store and they still refused to assist me,i went to Sunnypark with the letter and id copy they still refuse to do an exchange for me what must i do with clothes that were bought in a different province if i cant exchange them in the same store aroung Gauteng

they say my mom must go to the store and send a letter ,i mean the clothes i have were bought from Truworths,your return policy is disgusting i guess it doesnt work for us customers but its for truworths only

There is no shop that will give u peace of mind like woolworths
