Truworths return policy excuse after excuse .

This company doesn't care about it's clients complaints, they send you to pillar to post until you get exhausted and lose your hard earned money to and from their shops without any help, head office also pathetic they send you back to the shop which you are complaining about, head office never dare to call and make a follow up of your complain, even if the complain is valid they look up or cover up their colleague incompetence.

I compilled a complaint 2 days after l purchased a cellphone phone, head office didn't dare help, shop worst experience. Excuse after an excuse.
