Truworths return of items
I wrote a review last week about a return issue at Truworths they sent me an email address saying that I should email them directly but no communication with them since what can I do??

Whilst we acknowledge your frustration in this regard, we can confirm that you could not be assisted during your visit to our store, as an exchange could not be authorized without the required proof of purchase or gift card.
We have subsequently liaised with management at the relevant store, and we are pleased to confirm that you will be returning to the store to be assisted and that this matter will be acceptably resolved for you.
We look forward to seeing you in our stores again soon!
