Truworths replacement cards via mail- FAILED

Logged a request in February 2021 to block my card and have a replacement one issued after my existing one was ******.

Note that a replacement card is posted via the mail and is not issued in store so I had no other options. To date - August 2021, I am yet to receive the card.

Here I am with a valid account to which I cannot even use.

Customer service supposed to be priority. Truworths please do something about replacement cards in store.
