Truworths Refusing with my refund or collection

Hi Truworths, please 🙏🏻 can I have my refund as your team refuses to assist with my collection of my order. They lack customer centricity. I don’t even know why you have a customer service call centre as they don’t even call. The teamleaders and Manager are also very rude been on hold for 1 hour
