Truworths refusing to give me the item with the price I saw on tag.

I hereby would like to inform you of the service I received at Truworths Mams Mall from a lady manager called Maria and area manager Percy mashegoane...

I got a pair of sweaters for my son tagged at a sale price of 399 and the real sale is still on. when I got to the till they charged me R599. Wen I told them that I expected to pay the amount I swa on the price tag wh8ch they saw as well the lady gave me a straight face ans refused to give it to me at the price I got it tagged for... she called Percy Mashegoane and they both were forcing me to either have it at 499 or leave it.

I felt very much intimidated, undermined by their attitudes. I really felt discriminated against when I was even told that I'm not the only customer arguing.
