Truworths refuses to facilitate a return on account in a different location

Newborn baby clothes were bought on a truworths account as a surprise, unfortunately the gender was wrongly identified. We are still within the 30 day return policy that about to finish, The clothes still have tags and barcodes. The store that the clothes were bought from in Makhado contacted a store in midrand so they accept the return and they would provide them with the account holder details so the account can be credited. Truworths is a big retail chain that has state of the art integrated IT systems yet they refuse to use those systems to benefit their loyal customers. They even refuse to work among each other for the benefit of the customer. The client was stole they would have to travel over 500km so they can personally recent themselves in Midrand. If the clothes are couriered back to Makhado they might not Make it in time for the 90 day policy. This is a disgraceful act for such a once credible retail outlet. Almost R1700 will have to go to waste due to this lack of cooperation.
