Truworths refuses to accept voucher on marked down items

Recieved a R100 voucher in January. Bought a marked down t-shirt with it. Recieved a R75 voucher this month, went to buy a marked down item, now Truworths is enforcing a rule that it cant be used on promotional items.

The 2 emails were identical besides the amount and voucher number.

How am I able to purchase with a voucher in jan but not now???

Furthermore, if the rules had indeed changed then WHY THE **** was it not mentioned on the voucher email????

*********** staff who are doing what they are told regardless of what is stated on the voucher I received.

If I had my ID on me, I would have closed this ****ing account now!

Truworths enticed me to their store only to say that the voucher cant be used on marked down items.

Floor manager was not in the store.
