Truworths refuses expired license despite the department of transport saying its valid

Truworths has refused to use my drivers license to let me purchase on my account because it expired in May. Truworths is the only company that does not seem aware of a ****ing PANDEMIC. The department of transport has said that all licences that have expired between March and May are valid until the end of August since the licensing department has been unavailable during this pandemic. But Truworths staff refuse to listen as they were TOLD not to accept an expired Driver's License. I would have closed my ****ing account right there if I could.

I can purchase online without providing any proof of who I am but at the ****ing store there's no other way to sell me something without a drivers licence or ID. Truworths is a ****ing disgrace As usual, the store manager was not in the store.
