Truworths quality is now equal Pep's. Think twice about shopping with them.

So sad. I bought ladies sports bag at Truworths, 2 of them (floral pink and floral blue), and 1 men's (grey/charcoal)and 2 earthchild bags pink in colour. I took the 4 to my kids and I retained the floral pink one. One day, walking from the car to my hotel room, a very short distance the shoulder strap broke. I used my bag without the shoulder strap. For the third time using it, it teared off at the corners and I notified the store. The lady who was on phone requested I bring it back with the slip since I bought it cash. I looked for the slip to no avail and I told myself I've been ******.

Again, I bought a maroon dress for my graduation, wore it once and on the very same day the sequins were falling. I'm keeping it here, I cannot wear it again. R1200 down the drain! Truworths is no longer selling quality. Maybe competition is tough and they decided to rake money from us ungodlessly. Their quality surely matches Pep quality now.

Kindly come to my rescue. This is bad. This is sad.
