Truworths quality

Hi, I'm not happy with the quality of the garments I purchased recently. The reason I shop at truworths is becos of quality.

On the 27 April I purchased 2 sweaters and they are around R1200 in total. I was happy with it and it looked great.

The 1 good knit sweater which I loved the most, is sick bad quality. I wore it once for function. That was 3 hours. Took it out on mother's day to wear Austin and it is so badly stretched. This saddens me alot as it is very expensive to just throw away.

Why had the quality of Truworths dropped so much.?

What do I need to do now as it is a recent purchase??
