Truworths protect ********** and not the victims of *****

On 09 June 2021, there was an attempt to **********ly open a Truworths account in my name. In order for me to open a police case for the attempted *****, I need proof of the attempted ***** from Truworths, but they are refusing to provide any proof or documentation without a police case number, which I am unable to get without the proof of the attempted *****. Attempted ***** is still *******, but clearly they are unwilling to help victims of this crime and would prefer to protect the perpetrators.
