Truworths process online purchase, after 48 hours they still haven't process tracking number because they looking for the jackets

26 July 2020, I make an online purchase of 2 Jackets , 28 July 2020 I phone Truworths *** to ask for a tracking number, they say we can't give a tracking number because we don't have the jackets with us , they waiting for the stores to reply who has the stocks ,

I ask to cancel the sale , they say it takes 7 to 10 working days , I ask to speak to the manager Robin , he is unavailable and will call back.

Why process an online sale when you don't have or Stille looking for the jackets.
