Truworths ******** Price Changes

Truworths Galleria displayed a cellphone Samsung A16 for R3499. So I decide to buy this phone, and when I'm at the till point, all of a sudden they say it is now R3999, and they totally refused to sell me the phone with the price they displayed on their cellphone stand. Clearly unfair and deceiving, I decided to report this to their head office because it is also ******** under consumer act. Shockingly, instead of rectifying the error, the head office also favored the ******** act by Truworths Galleria, and practically told me to "get lost" Very disappointing from a retail I've had a super healthy account with for more than 16 years.
