Truworths practice insult township customers

Fitting of white garments in the shop forbidden at birch acres mall,because the store is situated in a township they have created an in-house rule that if you want to fit white garments you must pay for it,take it home and if it does not fit you can bring it back,how fair is that.it is actually an insult to a black human who resides in the township,same not practiced at urban stores.does that mean we township people are dirty?because their reason is that white clothes get dirty when people try them on.
