Truworths poorest customer service and poor quality clothes

Truworths has the most terrible service with rude consultants who ruthlessly phone me irrespective of having paid my account on the 1st March. This is not happening for the first time. Truworths clothes that I bought has proven to be of low quality material, fading colour's after just two washes. Sandals soles wearing off after few occasions. Poorest customer care service!
