Truworths poor service

I went to but a top in Truworths on Friday 27.03 and i decided to return the item on Monday 30 but I had misplaced the receipt as I didn’t buy a plastic bag. I went straight to the lady who assisted me on Friday and she did remember me. I explained my receipt issue but was willing to provide my bank statement as proof. The sales lady called the manager who told me if I need a reprint I need to come early because it takes time. That lady didn’t wanna assist me she refused to refund me even with the bank statement I was willing to provide. Truworths service is nonsense and I feel the must be a way to assist customers who does not have receipts especially if willing to provide some sort of proof. No wonder their ratings are so low.
