TRUWORTHS , POOR ONLINE SERVICE !!!!!!!!

I bought christmas gifts online everythung was available at the time paid for and i was waiting for the order to be delivered, only to get an email tgat everything is cancelled and no longer available, why was it online and available??? Now all of the sudden its cancelled this is disgusting poor service, if it was marked as sold out online i would have gone and bought same in store.

Truworths can make the items available in store. As they did not mark the items as sold out.
