Truworths - Poor horrid service

This number calls me every month *** asking to speak to an individual that isn't me. Every month i politely ask them to remove my number from this persons profile, they apologize and "assure" me they will do it immediately. Today i get called AGAIN , this time with an excessively rude person on the other side when i asked what company she was calling me from she answered with "Pretoria". I ask her to again please remove my number from this persons profile or let me speak to her supervisor so i can insure it gets done, she proceeded to murmur something (assumed another rude comment) and put the phone down in my ear.

(Truworths credit department is who this number belongs to), you need to train your staff on how to speak to customers. I'm not a customer of yours but after today, i will never be one either.

Also, would really advise you teach your staff that Pretoria is not a company, but rather the executive capital of ZA.
