Truworths Plaza a disappointment

I would to express my utter disappointment at the level of service i received when picking up order I got to the store at 16:430 and waited in queue which was fine i requested my order at the till at 16:45 and was told someone was gonna get it at back.

At 17:30 i asked at Till where my order was at which the found lady at the till said they couldn't find.I was appalled i mean i wasn't told and they left me standing there for 30 minutes.it was then another employee to go look for my order at the back again expressed my unhappiness at the fact that its late have a baby to pick why wasnt i told so i could come another time.

I only left the store at 17:45 turns out my order listed under my ****en name instead of the name on my account and card and its not first bad experience with the Truworths Plaza the last time their dressing rooms were so dirty to a point i even complained to the manager when my bag fell on the dirty floor i cringed he apologised and one of the staff members even said their cleaning lady was lazy. The standard of Truworths is not what it used to be and for the prices we pay for your clothes it meant to associated with class quality and great service however you are far from this
