Pathetic service from Truworths Pavillion.

Bought 2 Uszi jeans with the same skinny fit style and 1 is stretched out and completely different from the other.

Management is making me go back and forth with the item from 2024 and till now it's not resolved as I was told to come when she is there but I don't live nearby and always getting told I would be called when I'm in store but no one ends up calling to assist.
