Truworths pathetic service again!!!

I'm so tired of this treatment from truworths. It's been 4 days and nobody has gotten back to me regarding my payment. Nobody can answer my 1 question and I'm here just wondering if this is the type of customer service they offer. How have you helped me in anyway truworths its almost 2 months that nobody from a big clothing company like yourself can find my payment. I've used the same referrence to make payments but magically October's payment didn't show up. That for me is a load of BS. I wanna know how you got September's payment? I used that very same referrence.. I want answers and that interest you're charging me to disappear because you guys are tarnishing my name in the process as well. I won't rest until this is sorted I expect a call from someone senior not your rude consultants. Check who the last person was before calling me and teach her customer service. Can't believe she still has a job there.
