Truworths pathetic online purchase service!
I purchased clothing online from the Truworths website. It has been a month now, and I am still waiting for my order. This is not the first time this is happening. Last year in September the SAME thing happened, I also purchased something online and also waited a month. I have phoned their customer service number, I waited so long, I had to hang up. Then I have send an email, and guess, no response! I just want to advise people to not make use of Truworths online, I sure won't ever again. I am also not buying at their store again. Will just pay up my account and close it. Their customers clearly mean nothing to them.
