Truworths or Lieworths

I bought from Truworths online in 24 October 2018. As their policy states that delivery takes between 3-5 days,however haven't received my order till today. I've been following this up but all I get are empty promises. This is annoying now. Nobody knows what happened to my order. Every one I've dealt with has been useless so far. Can my money be reversed please. Thank you.
