Truworths opening ********** accounts
<br> Today I received email from Transunion, alerting me about the clothing enquiry that has been done on my name. I called to find out more about this as I didn't open any clothing account

According to our records, you contacted our call centre on 14 July 2015 and you were requested to provide us with an affidavit and a certified copy of your identity document.
Following our telephonic conversation, we urge you to forward the requested affidavit and ID copy to us, at your earliest convenience. Once all documentation has been received and processed, we will immediately investigate your concerns.
Whilst we acknowledge your request for the footage we regret that we are unable to accede to your request, we can however confirm that we thoroughly investigate any ***** queries brought to our attention and in so doing use every facility at our disposal.
