TRUWORTHS OPENING ACCOUNTS ONLINE WITHOUT PROPER DUE DILIGENCE

Truworths said I opened 2 accounts with them when I did not! They said the accounts were opened online. The frustrating part is that they willy nilly open accounts online without proper checks to **********. They have placed their checks and any due-diligence at the wrong part of the account opening process, they should make sure to check before the accounts are opened that they are dealing with the proper person. After they open accounts only then do they follow a proper follow up and find the real person. Now I, the poor consumer am left having to deal with their mess. I must use my resources to help them clean up their mess. I must drive up and down going to Police stations and finding Truworths stores when I was not there when accounts were opened. This is is really frustration they need to re think their strategy - I do not know if they are so desperate for opening accounts or what, but they do not understand the impact it has on us!
