The worst customer care agents ever.Have spent over R200 in airrtime calling.They lie that they will call back but they dont.Have been waiting a month for refind but still nothing.They always have excuses.They don't care aboit customers at all.Vey annoyed by them

28 Feb 2020, 18:25I have wasted over R200 in airtime calling you and emailed you and you did not respond....your customer service is pathetic really instead of just giving me my money back you offer me a R150 voucher why not just give me my money back
