Truworths Online what a circus

Truworths Online what a disaster. I ordered on the 14th February 2020. Turn around time 3 to 5 days and that to a Truworths store not adress. Well today is the 24th February 2020, I had to phone and ask? I went to the store they said it is coming today and it will be around 09:00 and 17:00. They would phone me. Well it’s 17:48 now. No one phoned. So keep the goods give me a full refund, I am still waiting for the refund if the items that was not available to be credited to my account. Still nothing there. Please credit everything. Then once that is done close the account. I can not and will not do business with a circus. You do not value customers at all.
