Truworths Online: Torn clothing and non-existent support

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Truworths Online. My delivered shirt was torn due to what appears to be poor handling during transit. What’s worse than the damaged item is the total lack of accountability. I have reached out via email and phone multiple times to arrange a return, yet I am being met with silence.
