Truworths online terrible!!

Terrible experience trying to order on Truworths online. Spent hours trying. As I try pay it tells me I have been timed out and kicks me off the site. What makes it worse is my cart gets cleared so have to start searching again. The search facility is appaling. Cannot search an item. Only what you have searched for in the last few minutes. Was going to place a big order. Have now had to find replacement items at other online stores. My previous order which went through and which I paid for and was waiting for delivery, after many calls to find out why I couldn’t track it, was told the order had mistakenly been cancelled!!! Beyond frustrating. You’d think Truworths is actively trying to chase away customers.
