Truworths Online Team a disaster,

I'm extremely frustrated by Truworths Online, because it seems they don't keep track of the items while we busy ordering. now 17 Items that I've ordered are no longer available, I'm just asking my self how? how come Truworths be so *********** that they cannot control their online purchases? it is so sad that I went to the shop I left those items knowing that I've ordered them online. look now I have to do shopping again . I thought online shopping was supposed to give clients less stress but look now I'm stressed even worse.
