Truworths online sucks

Placed an online order, stock was available, paid for it and was then sent an email stating it’s out of stock. Why then is it still available online? Show your customers what is and is not available. This is not the first time it’s happened. This customer service is ridiculous. Source it from you other stores and make sure the customer gets what they ordered. It’s absolutely pathetic. Also what send a msg to say they your order is ready for pick up and when you get there it’s one item from all the things you ordered at the same time. Change your system. Never again for me and will also tell my family and friends about this pathetic service.
