Truworths online sucks

I have paid my account online in due time to minimize contact since it's Covid-19 days, to my surprise the payment did not reflect on my account and that had a negative effect on my credit records.

I had to contact the credit department several times and explain the situation to an extent that I even attached my bank statement that shows proof of transaction.

The issue was finally rectified, but now I am stuck with a negative effect on my credit record even though I have paid on time.

Truworths online sucks big time, no apologies whatsoever, nothing.
