Truworths Online store is beyond terrible

I placed an order online on the 7th of Feb, I was called by a Rustenburg store saying my order had arrival and I told them that I live in Durban that they delivered my order at the wrong store. The lady in Rustenburg was so rude over the phone saying I should have made sure that I selected the correct address, they said they will send it to Durban. I went back to check my address only to find out that my address was for Durban. Since then I have been calling the online department to find my order and each time I different response. I am tired of calling and the online department refuse to let me speak to the manager, I have wasted so much money calling them every second day. I even asked if they could cancel my order but they refused to do so, i have paid for this item already. This is the worse online experience I have ever heard in my life and I do alot of my shopping online. Truworths online customer service is beyond terrible, they showed me that they dont care about their customers.
